Ozyance’s story
1975
The GAZECHIM group, based in the South of France in Béziers, began distributing Plastic Materials. This activity flourished on a Regional scale.
1980s-1990s
The activity continued to grow in the French market, bolstered by an expansion of the range of Polymers and new leading partners in their respective markets. The acquisition of Plastirex, a local Plastic Distributor based in Oyonnax, lead to the birth of GAZECHIM PLASTICS FRANCE.
2000s
Committed to providing quality service, GAZECHIM PLASTICS FRANCE achieved ISO 9001 certification in 2000. In 2012, GAZECHIM PLASTICS ITALIA was formed following the acquisition of AZELYS’ Plastic business by the GAZECHIM Group. The Italian subsidiary thus strengthened GAZECHIM Group’s presence in the European Polymer market.
2020
The Snetor Group, a French Distributor of Plastic Materials and Chemical products worldwide, bought the Plastic business of the Gazechim Group in July 2020. GAZECHIM PLASTICS FRANCE and GAZECHIM PLASTICS ITALIA continued their story and activities, maintaining their own networks of partners and dedicated teams.
2023
In a state of constant evolution, GAZECHIM PLASTICS FRANCE and GAZECHIM PLASTICS ITALIA adopted a new name, becoming OZYANCE and OZYANCE ITALIA respectively. A new name to demonstrate the brand’s dynamism, proactivity, and affirm its positioning as a “connector of the best team to make a difference”.
